Dear volunteers, dear friends of nature,
Avec l’arrivée des beaux jours, nous vous invitons à célébrer l’éveil du printemps au cœur d’une nature resplendissante à travers une action concrète en faveur de l’environnement. This Clean-Up Day is an opportunity to come together outdoors, act together to preserve our landscapes, and share a friendly and meaningful moment. Young and old, families, friends, or solo adventurers: everyone is welcome to contribute to protecting our beautiful region.

Program
09:00 – Welcome
Coffee & croissant offered to start the morning well in a warm atmosphere.
09:30 – Start of the Clean-Up (approx. 2h30)
In collaboration with Summit Foundation, Destination Veveyse, the Rathvel ski lift, and the municipality of Châtel-St-Denis, we will collect waste on the slopes and trails around Vuipay, Rathvel, and the village of Les Paccots. Le matériel (gants et sacs de tri) est fourni sur place. Si vous possédez votre propre paire de gants, n’hésitez pas à l’apporter.
Nous vous recommandons également de prendre une gourde ainsi qu’un petit encas si nécessaire.
12:00 – Summit Foundation activity
Return to the starting point, weighing of the waste and a symbolic award ceremony to highlight everyone’s commitment.
12:45 – Social moment
A thank-you aperitif will be offered to the participants by the municipality of Châtel-St-Denis.
14:00 – End of the event
Practical info :
Gloves and sorting bags are provided on site. If you have your own pair of gloves, please bring them with you.
Feel free to bring something to snack on and a bottle of water (e.g., a reusable bottle) during the clean-up to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
Details of the day's activities will be e-mailed to each participant a few days before the event.
