On sunday 06.04.2025, Monte Generoso's railroads are committed to the environment and nature, by rolling up their sleeves and putting on gloves for a good clean.

10h15 : Cogwheel train to the summit of Monte Generoso (free rail passage)
10h55 : Arrival at the summit
11h00 Distribution of equipment and instructions for the day
11h15 : Waste collection along paths and green spaces
12h40 : Weighing and sorting waste
13h00 Lunch offered by Ferrovia Monte Generoso at the Self Service Restaurant for each participant (drink + dish of the day + coffee)

Practical info :
Gloves and sorting bags are provided on site. If you have your own pair of gloves, please bring them with you.
Don't hesitate to take a snack and a bottle of water (e.g. a flask) with you during the pick-up to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
Details of the day's activities will be e-mailed to each participant a few days before the event.
